Cancellation Policy

Studio Hire Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Rates • 3-Hour Sessions: The total charge is £25. A £15 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. • Full-Day Sessions: The total charge is £45. A £30 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. • Balance Payments: The remaining balance (£10 for 3-hour sessions or £15 for day rates) must be paid in full on or before the day of the booking before studio access is granted. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy • More than 7 Days’ Notice (Flexible Rescheduling): If you need to change your booking, you can reschedule to a new date without losing your deposit, provided you give us more than 7 calendar days' notice. • Within 7 Days’ Notice (Late Cancellation): If you cancel or request to reschedule within 7 calendar days of your booking, the deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. You will forfeit the deposit (£15 or £30 depending on your booking type) to cover the lost studio slot. 3. Studio Rules • Time Slots: Your booking includes your setup and pack-down time. Please ensure the studio is vacated promptly at the end of your session. • Damages: The hirer is responsible for any damage to the space or equipment during their session and will be held liable for repair costs.
